Alkitab is a completely free Bible app without advertising that, although it is specially oriented to an Indonesian audience (in fact this is the default language of the app), will allow you to change both the language of the interface itself and the text from the options menu. What's more, it will even allow you to have a split screen, with two different translations at the same time.

To change the language of the application all you have to do is access the drop-down menu on the left, click on the Configuration Options button (the small gear icon), choose the second option (Display) and then click on the first option. By doing this, you will be able to see a list with more than twenty languages. Here you only have to choose your preferred language and, in a few seconds, the entire application will be updated. It's that easy and that fast.

Changing the language is not the only thing you can do from the side menu. From here you can also activate the night mode or full screen mode, to eliminate any possible distraction. And, most importantly, you can also set the font of the text, which is very important if you are going to be reading it for a long time. You will be able to change the font size, adjust the spacing, and even download new fonts. The goal is for you to be comfortable while reading.

Apart from all these options, Alkitab will allow you to read the entire Bible from the comfort of your Android device. You can easily copy and paste passages, read two different translations of the text simultaneously, or use different types of bookmarks. You will also be able to create a daily reading plan, with personalized notifications to remind you what to read each day.
